With our Client we ate looking to appoint a Supplier Risk Analyst. You will be working to professionally develop and maintain competitive, stable, long-term supply agreements with its supplier base. These agreements will help the company to achieve greater commercial success in the future and contribute to the long-term profitability of the company. Lots of autonomy with this role as its a growing function within the business so ability to make suggestions and implement new ideas Key Responsibilities: To collate supplier certifications, terms and conditions and other supplier documentationSupporting with supplier risk assessments not limited to but including financial and complianceEnsure high quality execution of our due diligence work to identify, assess, prevent and mitigate risksInvestigating and liaising with a wide range of cross functional stakeholders on ad hoc risksManaging risk alerts and following through with necessary investigationsSupplier Risk Team and Procurement Business Office inbox managementAssist with roll out and implementation of risk processes and toolsOverseeing the maintenance of up-to-date and accurate supplier information and contact details across various internal systemsReporting to Procurement leadership team to inform them of supplier risks and facilitate next stepsProcessing new supplier set up in Risk tools systems and maintenance of these systemsDeveloping and implementing data analysis methods for accurate and insightful reportingReporting and presenting risk status using tools such as Power BI or other visualization softwareSupporting the Supplier Risk Manager in ensuring risk principles are upheld in procurement processes Requirements: Previous data and risk management experience including supplier assessments.Understanding of the Procurement function and ability to work and communicate confidently at a Management level.Microsoft Office & specifically Excel / PowerPoint skills are required.Knowledge in running KPI’s and measuring performance - strong analysis skills required.Must be highly computer literate, specifically in use of Excel to manage and manipulate large volumes of data from multiple sources.
