Audit Manager - Accountancy Practice

My well established, industry leading, independent accountancy practice & business advisory firm with offices based in Liverpool are looking for an Audit Senior to join their ever growing Audit team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site audits, implement agreed plan through to completion, co-ordinate on-site resources, allocate the team to tasks and time scales for completion.
• Lead on audit quality, ensure adherence and compliance with company practice and auditing standards.
• Work closely with audit juniors, review their work and support them in the development of their role.
• Responsible for on-site audit findings report.
• Develop good client relationships.
• Offer support to team members and across other teams.

Requirements:

• ACCA / ACA qualified or finalist (Essential)
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing and corporate taxation (Essential)
• Previous experience in Audit Manager role (Essential)
