We are looking to hire an expert Channel Account Manager for our Ruckus UK&I sales team.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

This is a critical role responsible for recruiting, onboarding, developing new partners, generating net new business, growing market share, and developing strong customer and partner relationships.

The ideal candidate is customer-centric, hungry to succeed, has a background in the Channel, has a business development mentality and thinks creatively.

Our proactive approach involves identifying potential partners who align with our company’s values, goals, and vision. Thorough research helps us build an ideal partner profile (IPP), ensuring that our partnerships are strategically aligned.

To achieve sustainable growth, we meticulously manage our sales pipeline. Accurate forecasting allows us to prioritise effectively and seize opportunities.

Once partners come on board, we invest in their success. This includes comprehensive training, joint planning, and ongoing relationship management. Our dedication extends to C-level partners and customer representatives, encouraging trust and positivity.

Beyond solutions, we provide valuable insights. By sharing market trends and technological advancements, we create a preference for RUCKUS technology among our customers and partners. Empowering clients through informed decision-making is our ultimate goal.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • A track record of overachieving revenue goals.
  • Previous experience in Channel development.
