This Boutique London law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team. 
You should be around 3-6 years PQE. 
You will work across a broad range of commercial property matters to include acquisitions, financing matters, landlord and tenant work and disposals. My Client is also seeking someone with development experience as they work for a number of Developers, undertaking matters such as producing development constraints plans, investigating title and other third party rights and drafting and negotiating conditional planning acquisition agreements etc. 
If you have the right experience and are seeking a new opportunity at a firm with no time recording and lovely clients where you can work on deals to around £100million, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
