At the heart of our Consumer division, our Defleet team is dedicated to turning challenges into triumphs when it comes to supporting customers at the end of their vehicle contracts. In the position, you will put your customer service and problem solving skills to the test, taking ownership for managing and resolving customer inquiries related to contract damage invoices. Your day-to-day will involve diving deep into investigations, resolving invoice issues, and ensuring that you deliver great customer outcomes.

Based at our state-of-the-art Kirkstall Forge head office, conveniently located just 6 minutes away from Leeds city centre, this position comes with a competitive salary package of £24,079 along with a range of fantastic perks. So, what will you be doing?

  • You will work on your caseload of end-of-contract damage-related invoice queries and vehicle disposal tasks. Your days will be filled with investigating customer queries, cross-referencing vehicle inspections, and taking charge to resolve 6 cases daily
  • You will provide exceptional phone and email-based service to our customers, guiding them through the process from the moment their query is received to the final resolution of their invoice concerns
  • Your role will not only involve problem-solving but also the creation of clear and accurate documentation

About You

  • A passion for customer service, placing customers at the core of everything you do
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in managing disputes or complaints is a plus
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • The ability to stay calm and resilient, even in high volume situations
