About the Customer Service roles-

We are seeking candidates for both face to face and those who will deal with incoming calls and queries.

You will have exceptional Customer Service skills.

Excellent communication skills, clear and concise voice, and above all able to deal with customers with empathy, patience and have the ability to handle complaints and escalate issues, solve problems, sign post customers to the right departments, the ability to multi-task.

Logging and updating information accurately.

Skills required-

Data entry skills, great attention to details, and be able to pick up new IT systems fast.

We are seeking candidates who have ideally worked within a call centre environment, or an office environment, with a proven background in dealing with customers efficiently.
