Our client is a globally recognised manufacturer who have grown rapidly over the past 30 years and looking to continue their success. As a market leader and innovator in their particular market, our client is now seeking a Customer Services Agent to support the eCommerce team to ensure customers receive a world class service. This role offers a remote working set up and the scope to progress rapidly.


Your New Role

Reporting directly into the eCommerce Customer Service leader, you will work with customers directly over the phone or electronically in the organisations CRM Systems to ensure a personal and efficient service. Managing all orders in line with the internal processes and handling all other general and order specific customer queries, whilst supporting order status updates. A key requirement of this role is ensuring accurate logging of details on the organisations CRM and efficiently provide feedback and areas of improvement in the service.


To Ensure Your Success

Previous experience with a customer service role is an absolute essential, with hands-on work with CRM systems. It is desirable to have understanding of legislation including Distance Selling Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act. You will be a self starter, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate concisely and in a consultative manner. Strong time management and attention to detail is also key.
