Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Supervisor based within Thames Valley and Sussex

The role is to supervise the site cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained. To assist inn management of Waste, Pest and Landscaping services.

Available shifts / Locations below:

  • Monday until Friday (5 days a week)
  • Area- Thames Valley and Sussex- This is a mobile Position
  • 09:00-17:00pm
  • £14.01 including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue
  • Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.

Skills and Documents required:

  • Must have at least 2 years previous experience
  • DBS Required
  • Driving Licence
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work both alone and in a team
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures.

Must have experience with the following:

  • Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations (essential)
  • Able to instruct others on the use of cleaning materials and equipment
  • Have an understanding of basic health and safety principles
  • Able to motivate a cleaning team to attain a consistent specified standard of cleaning
  • Able to organise cleaning staff to meet work schedules
  • Good communication and customer care skills
  • Be sufficiently fit to be able to undertake the specified tasks
  • Work as a team player and pass on knowledge to others
