Description

  • Establish a strong relationship between finance and non-finance departments.
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
  • Analyse financial trends and provide recommendations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Participate in strategic projects to improve financial processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and propose improvements.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should be:

  • ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic financial insights.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and systems.
