Mosaic recruitment is on the hunt for a Finance Manager to oversee the finance function for our client's group of companies.

They are open to discussion onsome hybrid working once you have settled into the role.

The opportunity would suit an experienced and analytical Finance Manager who can lead the small finance team (two staff) and drive strategic financial planning and compliance across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have audit experience, the company has gone through a period of growth so you will be supporting the Managing Director through this. Your direct reporting line will be the M.D.

This is an ideal opportunity to be part of a small team who have a rapidly growing business.

Key Details:

  • Finance Manager
  • Bishop's Stortford
  • Up to £65,000 per annum
  • Monday - Friday, mainly office based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans.
  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis.
  • Manage cash flow effectively.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate financial risks.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team.

Skills:

  • ACCA or CIMA OR Qualified by Experience.
  • Sage 200 & advanced Excel.
  • Audit experience
  • Candidates from a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Finance Director background are encouraged to apply.
