The role

  • There are not time pressures on completing FRA’s. We trust our employees to spend the time that the assessment demands.
  • We promote that our assessors spend time with the customer talking about the findings.
  • We invest in our assessors, depending on what level of training and experience the new employee has, we create a training plan that will look at the following elements, fire doors, fire compartmentation, fire strategy, fire consultancy, Level 4 diploma, and BS9997 auditing.

Qualifications & Skills

  • The ideal candidate will have 2 years plus experience in fire risk assessing.
  • Hold a level 3 fire risk assessing qualification, other qualifications are a bonus.
  • Have a driving licence and use of personal car.
  • Preferably based in the Manchester area ideally, however open to the right person.
  • Loyalty and a willingness to be the best.
