General Practice Client Manager - new role created due to expansion
Reed Practice are working in partnership with a leading regional firm in Suffolk to recruit a Client Manager for the general practice team.
The firm have grown organically and through acquisition, with the Client Manager position created to supplement their high-calibre team.

As Client Manager you will have the responsibility of:
• Managing a general practice portfolio of clients consisting of sole traders, partnerships, limited companies.
• Self-assessment tax returns initially which will be transferred to the team to allow you to develop new client supported by the Directors.
• Managing day to day taxes issues, supported by the tax team when appropriate.
• Planning; allocating work to the team accordingly.
• Review files of work completed by junior team members.
• Acting as a positive mentor to trainees; working with them to develop their skills and career.
• Developing sound relationships with clients, working with the Partners to develop the portfolio.
We are interested in speaking to those who are in a management or supervisory role in an accountancy firm at present, responsible for a portfolio of clients with some staff accountability.
You may be Qualified or Qualified by experience, up to date in all accounting regulations.
Salary is flexible to suit the experience of the successful applicant so we would encourage those with the relevant experience regardless of current remuneration to apply.
