Housing Concierge - Night

Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Night Concierge for a newly formed project of Exeter Temporary Accommodation and Assessment Service. The project provides a safe and caring environment for people who have experienced street homelessness and many will also suffer with drug and alcohol dependency or ill mental health.

Some Key Information is Highlighted Below:

Rate: £12 per hour PAYE.

Hours: Night hours.

Location: Exeter - EX4 4EY.

Compliance:

• Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• 3 years referencing.
• Right to work

Experience:

• 1 year experience in a support role or similar or 1 year experience in Housing Concierge.
