Salary; £37,100 - £46,000

Fixed Term Contract 12 Months



Looking for an experience HR Advisor on a FTC Based in Leeds, this role offers a completive salary and benefits.

As HR Advisor you will play a big role in driving our culture. You will be reporting to HR Business partners and dealing with compliance, trade unions, training and upskilling of managers and cost control.

Key responsibility will be

  • Provide HR support to line managers
  • Offer advice and support in grievance / Disciplinary actions
  • Support the HR business partners in implementing HR strategy
  • Mange staff relationships and address queries or problems promptly
  • Monitor annual performance
  • Monitor absence and support improvement plans

What we are looking for is a experienced in HR role or FM role.
Tracked record in HR general list and change management roles.
Knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice.
Strong communication and data presentation skills.
Part qualified CIPD member preferred.
