We have a fantastic opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join our clients main dealership in Altrincham. Our client is dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace and provides training to help develop it’s employee’s career.

As a Vehicle Technician, you would be responsible for reviewing work on customers vehicles, MOT’s, ordering relevant parts and completing the work to the highest of standards. They are also accountable for the highest level of repair and maintenance.

About the role of Vehicle Technician:
  • Fault finding and fault diagnosis of cars
  • Using diagnostic tools to find faults and repair as necessary
  • Replacing parts and completing work where required
  • Working with other centre areas (Service, Parts, etc) and keeping all informed
  • Meeting or exceeding efficiency and productivity targets
  • Conducting road tests with customers
  • Light and full service work
To be a Vehicle Technician
  • Hold a valid NVQ level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance
  • Experience working at an independent or main dealer garage
  • Take great care and pride in your work giving no return visits for customers
  • Have a passion for the Automotive industry
  • Want to learn and develop your career
