Multi Skilled Tradesman

Multi Skilled Tradesman required in the North West of England.

Working on both planned and re-active maintenance as well as refurbishments for a large North West Construction Company. Candidates may get a call whilst on a job to travel to an emergency (broken window, leak etc.) so our client need someone who can diagnose the work.

Ideally we are looking for a qualified tradesman that is confident in all aspects of building work as the role may involve hanging doors, boarding up windows, fitting skirting boards, touching up paint, etc.

The operative will be covering the North West region

Monday - Friday - 45 hours a week.

£30k perm

Candidates will be provided with a van, fuel card and company mobile phone.

Candidates must have a valid CSCS card, previous similar experience and work references to back this up.
