This well-established organisation is seeking an Online Reputation Coordinator to join their team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for monitoring the company's online presence, which will also include reviews, and you will be responding to reviews within the SLA. You will be working on all aspects of online interaction and social media to help promote the company and positive content. You will be creating reports for senior management to track and analyse progress.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have previous experience of working in online reputation management, as well as being able to use various systems well. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have great analytical skills. You're a problem-solver and can come up with lasting solutions. You are also experienced at report-writing and gathering information to present it in a clear and concise way.
