Panel Wirer

Panel Wirer required - Immediate and ongoing Roles available. 

6 Month rolling Contract working for a reputable and friendly company who build electrical distribution equipment to the commercial and Industrial sectors.

8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday with early finish on Friday available. 

Good earning potential available with occasional overtime and flexible work hours, this is an excellent opportunity to join a committed team of panel wirers and installers working on a range of power distribution panels and related equipment. 

Due to continued demand for their equipment they are looking to take more contractors on to support their existing team. The successful panel wirer will carry out the following duties -

• Fitting and wiring electrical components within sheet metal enclosures/ panel boards/ switch boards
• Wiring Components from schematics
• Fitting electrical components to back plates and external covers
• Fitting copper busbar systems

As panel wirer you will have the following experience

• Wiring experience from schematic drawings
• Machine and panel wiring / fitting electrical components.
• Understanding of electrical testing
• Use of initiative and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and progress

• Competitive hourly rates £14.75/hr or £ 18.75 Umbrella
• Flexible working hours to finish early on Friday
