Pharmacy Manager Pharmacist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful Independent Pharmacy group as the Pharmacy Manager, within brand new and modern surroundings, heading a great team.

Originally a Pharmacy that had seen better days, this branch has been given a new lease of life after being taken over by a successful company, that has already turned heads with its transformation!

There will be robust support for any Newly Qualified Pharmacists wanting to embark on a their first managerial position, as well as excellent training and developmental opportunities for any applicant regardless of experience.
The successful applicant will focus on delivering services so must have excellent communication and people skills.

Key Duties

• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store.
• Monitor and ensure customers are prescribed the correct medicines.
• Lead, coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver high performance.
• Administer immunisations and vaccines to patients.
• Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines.

Package and Benefits

• £50,000 - £55,000 + BONUSES (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
• 5 weeks holiday + BH

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration
• NO Tier 2 Sponsorship available
