Purchase Ledger Clerk – East Belfast

SALARY: £12.82 an hour

EMPLOYMENT: Full-time, temporary (3+months), site based.

Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a long-established commercial business in East Belfast in the appointment of a temporary & full time Purchase Ledger Clerk.

With significant trading history, our client is an established Northern Ireland based organisation with a worldwide reputation for technical innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoices onto Sage
• Liaise with Suppliers to resolve any invoice related issues or queries
• Order equipment for jobs from equipment list via helpdesk
• Phone cover on rotational basis
• Filing, photocopying and any other administrative duties as required.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience of Sage 50
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Competent verbal and written communicator
