Hays are recruiting for a successful organisation based in the South of Manchester and who are seeking a temporary purchase ledger clerk to help support their team.


Your new role


You will be responsible for providing administration support to one of the teams. This includes handling emails, inputting data onto the system, handling queries and any other ad-hoc duties required by the team. In addition, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, maintaining accurate finance records, and investigating purchase ledger queries.


What you'll need to succeed


You will be proactive, personable and have a 'can do attitude'. The successful candidate will be organised and have excellent attention to detail. You will be a quick learner and can pick up new systems easily.
