What we are looking for:
  • Fully Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licenced Conveyancer
  • Minimum 2 years PQE
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent Client Care
  • Demonstrate ambition and a willingness to acquire new skills
  • Collaborate effectively as a strong team player

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with a variety of different types of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Efficiently manage a caseload with minimum supervision, ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors in a professional and timely manner
  • Use your technical experience and knowledge to support & mentor the wider team as required
