I am thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a driven and accomplished Senior Lawyer to join a prestigious chambers-rated firm in Bristol, specialising in high-value residential conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take a pivotal role in the development of the conveyancing team
  • Manage and lead a caseload directly, overseeing junior team members and collaborating with a wider team to share workload across the region
  • Participate in the recruitment and retention of your own team

Requirements:
  • Senior-level expertise in Residential Conveyancing
  • Significant experience advising clients on various aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold properties, estates, and site developments
  • Possess an established client following with the ability to bring 70% of your own client base 
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and a strong understanding of business development
  • Uphold excellent client care standards
  • Experience in mentoring junior staff members
