A well-established firm in South West London are currently looking for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their office in Epsom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a diverse caseload encompassing sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and enfranchisement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A qualified Solicitor with 4 years PQE plus
  • Ability to independently manage cases while also collaborating effectively within a team
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
  • High standards of client care.
