Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Edgbaston
Basic:£26,000 (depending on experience) & Paid for ARLA qualification
OTE: £41,000+

Requirement: *1 Year's Sales Negotiation experience in Estate Agents*

  • Dealing with property sales enquiries
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating and selling re-sale residential properties
  • Meeting monthly targets
  • Assisting with the lettings department
  • Assisting and covering staff when required
