SAP IS-U Solution Architect - Outside IR35

We are looking for an SAP IS-U Solution Architect to join a leading Utility company. The initial contract on offer will run for 2-3 years and sits outside IR35!

Responsibilities

  • Participating in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client's business requirements.
  • Provide strategic direction for SAP Utilities architecture, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the SAP Utilities roadmap.
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Utilities solutions, considering best practices and industry standards.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP Utilities architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
  • Oversee SAP Utilities projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 10-15 years' experience delivering SAP IS-Utilities projects
  • Experience of engaging with senior-level stakeholders
  • Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
  • Proven experience in leading team planning for all project phases
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
