SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: Kettering

About Us:
SEND Inclusion Support is currently in search of a committed and empathetic SEMH Teaching Assistants to join the staff team in a lovely SEN school. Permanent full time contracts available, along with short term contracts!

Role Overview:
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students with diverse needs. Collaborating closely with teachers and other professionals, you'll provide one-to-one and small group support, assist with accessing the curriculum, and foster independent learning.

Your empathetic and caring approach will create a positive and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring that every child feels valued and empowered to learn.

Requirements:
* Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or have a wealth of experience in SEN.
* Demonstrate previous experience in supporting students with SEMH.
* Possess effective communication skills and the ability to establish professional relationships with students and parents/carers.
* Exhibit enthusiasm, commitment, and flexibility to make a positive impact on students' educational journey.

A strong understanding of the SEN framework and comfort working with children are essential. We have multiple positions available for immediate start. If you have experience within the SEN sector and are interested in working in SEN schools, we want to hear from you TODAY!
