A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a sales focussed individual to join a leading West Yorkshire based Commercial Insurance Broker.

Our client, a proudly independent business with an ever expanding portfolio of commercial clients, is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, driven individual to join the team and assist in further growing the commercial book. With continuous mentoring and technical support available from senior members of the team, this role will involve contacting a range of local businesses, both over the phone, and in a face to face capacity, with a view to quoting on, and successfully placing their business insurance on cover.

Whilst previous insurance industry experience would be beneficial, it isn't a prerequisite. If you're an individual with the personality and drive to develop relationships, strive to achieve, and exceed targets, and generally go the extra mile for your clients, then this role offers an exciting, and potentially lucrative, pathway into the commercial broking arena. Once you have completed initial training, you will also benefit from joining the company bonus scheme and have access to a company vehicle.

You will:

  • Be a confident communicator with the drive to build strong client relationships.
  • Possess the commercial acumen to successfully highlight sales opportunities.
  • Have a commitment to develop a strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
  • Hold a clean UK driving license
