Treasury Supervisor

Are you a results-oriented leader with strong A/R and banking experience?

We're seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable & Banking Team Lead to join a growing brand in Dudley. You'll head a team of 4, overseeing all aspects of cash receipts, customer billing, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead your team in delivering exceptional customer service
• Manage cash receipts, allocation, transfers, and sales control
• Resolve complex unallocated cash issues
• Foster strong relationships with banks as a key contact
• Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and provide coaching
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Who You Are:

• AAT qualified (or equivalent) with a strong understanding of double-entry accounting
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role or a strong AR/banking background
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
• A self-starter with strong coaching and communication abilities
• Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
