Your new role
Our client is a really friendly, pleasant and supportive primary school based in Wallasey on the Wirral. We are looking for a Year 4 teacher to join the team and cover maternity leave from June 2024, or as soon as possible, until Easter 2025. The post will be full-time, and you will take on full class responsibilities for the duration of the role, including planning, assessment and attendance at parents' evenings etc. The ideal candidate will be an experienced year 4 teacher, but we will also welcome applications from ECTs with previous experience of teaching year 4 classes.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience of teaching year 4 classes
• A proven track record of raising attainment and progress
• A creative and engaging approach to teaching and learning
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• A positive and collaborative attitude
• An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one

We are interested in hearing from teachers of all levels, from M1 to M6.
